Eyes and Neck... questions answered!!

Ok, so in Rowan's two month stats I mentioned that he had some vision and neck concerns.. I am here to tell you that we have answers... and easy ones!!

NECK:

Poor little dude has tortecollis... a condition were the neck muscles on one side of the neck (Rowan's right side) are tight, so he consistently leans to his left and HATED putting his head to his right. We went to a specialist and he was diagnosed with tortecollis and we were put on every three week therapy sessions, plus a bunch of neck exercises to do at home about ten times a day! It's been a lot of work (and tears (on mommy's behalf... haha)), but he is really coming along!!!

VISION:

Rowan went to an opthomologist about a month ago and THANK THE LORD, he does not have any structural damage to his beautiful eyes... he is now tracking objects from side to side (when he wants to, he is a bit stubborn like Mommy :))... He also will move his head to his "bad side" to watch a toy... so proud of him!! He is working so hard!!!

We just love our little man!!
